Godmanchester Rovers Football Club is proud to announce the official opening of its brand-new, fully accredited 3G pitch on Thursday 4th December. The cutting-edge facility marks a major milestone in the club’s ongoing commitment to improving local sports infrastructure and expanding opportunities for players of all ages.

The new 3G surface provides an all-weather, year-round playing environment designed to support youth development, community programmes, senior training, and match-day fixtures. Built to modern performance and safety standards, the pitch will serve as a key asset for both the club and the wider Godmanchester community.

Chairperson Richard Cosbey celebrated the development, saying:
