You can use Astro Trainers or Flat Soled Shoes. Trainers are not advisable because of the surface.  Do not use cleats, screw in studds or football moulded studs on the 2G pitch.

How to move the goals

We have 7v7 9v9 and 11v11 goals on our 3G pitch and hockey goals and fold up 11v11 goals on our 2G Astro pitch. The goals are on wheels and have a simple lifting mechnism on each side that lifts the goal onto its wheels. To lock it back into position, simply lower the bar again.

Remember it taks two people to push (not pull) the goals into position and to put them back to their storage place at the edge of the pitch at the end of your session.
