Selby College

Located at Selby College, our facility features a next generation 3G pitch, perfect for Football and Rugby (training only). Also there are three grass pitches suitable for football and adaptable for other sports activities, making them ideal for group, club and community use.

This enables your teams, clubs and community groups to train on state-of-the-art facilities all year round.

Opening hours

We are open seven days a week (Excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas), making it easy to fit your game into your schedule. 

• Monday - Friday: 5pm - 10pm
• Saturday - Sunday: 9am - 5pm

Our commitment 

The facilities at Selby College were made possible thanks to investment from the Premier League, The FA and Government’s Football Foundation, with the aim to bring communities together and create great places to play. 

The 3G pitch will be instrumental in strengthening the player pathway for women and girls, providing a dedicated, high‑quality facility for both training and competitive fixtures. As a Lionesses‑standard pitch, it reflects our commitment to raising ambition, widening participation, and creating an inspirational environment where female players can develop and excel.

The pitch will also directly benefit the local community by accommodating a broad range of activities, users and community groups, ensuring the facility becomes a vibrant, inclusive hub that promotes health, wellbeing, and wider participation across the area.
